Ingredients:
- Frozen or fresh chopped spinach
- One medium chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons of cooking oil
- A pinch of salt
- Smooth peanut (groundnut) butter
Method
Heat the vegetable oil for about 1 minute.
Add the chopped onions and cook for 2 minutes.
Next, add the fresh chopped spinach (for frozen spinach, cook until it is fully defrosted, and then bring to boil).
Add the peanut butter, and then add hot water. Stir until you have a smooth texture.
